business phone service
I’m not the normal type of guy who goes to work a 9-5 job. However I most likely will have to work part time while I continue my entrepreneur side. Lately I have been focusing on finding ways to invest in others to do my work. I do this with some of my internet ventures. I would rather pay someone to do a job that they are better at then I am. I have a couple of business type adventures planned but they are currently on the back burner. I have a friend who lives in Florida and does well with a lawn mowing business. This has got my attention and I have thought of doing this part time. Its a business that you can start with less capital compared to most businesses. The internet as a business is very volatile. You can be making great money one month then things change and your making peanuts. If I do eventually get a lawn business going I will most likely have to outsource the Answering Service. I can get a 800 number through them and let them handle most the calls I get. At first I may be able to do it myself but its better to outsource it and deal with the heart of the business.
Another business I have thought about getting into is real estate investing. Here were I live in Portland the prices have gone up in the past 10 years. However you can still find some affordable investments in the midwest. I have done a little researching in this area. Once again I’m sure I would have to hire a company to mange the renters if I did this business on a large scale. I may be able to live here and just pay a company to deal with the renters. I haven’t looked into this yet on what the cost is. The company could handle the Answering Services part of the business. They could screen the renters to make sure they are stable people.
My main goal is to get some business to a stable income and start to funnel money into the stock market. Of course I will have to do a ton of reading to make sure I know what I’m doing with my investment money. I know this is how most super rich people become rich. Through the stock market. Most of the billionaires are rich on paper from there stock shares.
