As one gets older hair starts to grow in places you never knew existed. As a mature adult, hair grows in your ears, nose and other unwanted places. I listened to Dr. Oz and he said to never just pull your hair out if the hair is in the nose area. I have tried a nose electric trimmer which works alright. Another way is to just use some small succors.

Having to shave gets to be a hassle and learning the easy ways to cutting unwanted hair is so beneficial. For me, I tend to forget about my nose and ear hair. Others notice, but I don’t for some reason. And just using your finger nails will not pull the hair out. Well it will work for your nose hair sometimes, but as far as DR Oz, doing this can cause health problems. I never knew this until I watched his television show.

Going bald is no fun either. I personally generally shave my head; however my employer doesn’t care so I just wear a hat. Losing hair and growing hair in unpleasant areas seems to go along with growing older.

I may when I get some extra money buy a pair of these vibram shoes. I had a conversation today with a guy wearing them and he really enjoys how confortable they are. They have even eliminated his back pain. This summer is the time to go camping and if you do go make a camping list. Once the temperatures heat up, thousands of people flock to the coast. Here in Oregon when its 100 in Portland the temperature for instance, in Seaside is around 80 degrees. Spring is here and summer is just around the corner. YES! Living in Oregon is nice, particularly living 60 miles to the beach. I started to noticed people are beginning to take road trips to the coast. I will too, but with school and work it’s hard to squeeze the time in. Sometimes one forgets to pack everything and one thing you really need to have if you plan to lounge on the beach is a umbrella or tent. I don’t mean a huge camping tent. Just a small one because getting a sun burn is no fun. And, if you have a baby, you don’t want direct sun light on a young child. Just not safe. I am currently taking classes at portland community college and a year ago one of my first classes was reading 115. I noticed one of the young adult females was using her new kindle. If your eyesight is not the best, I consider this just as good as the ipad. I remember a 90 year old lady using a ipad because she can’t read the letters in a book. The print is just too small.
