If your like me its hard to fall asleep. But not with the music pillow you see here. This pillow comes with built in speakers that only the person laying on the pillow can hear. This is a great pillow because many times your wife or spouse wont want to listen to the music. Also headphones are hard to sleep. I usually will have to sleep with one headphone on my ear and one off. This way I can rest my head.
