If your like me you have a alarm clock but don’t use it because your self employed. Well I use to use one when I was working odd ball shifts for a security company. Heres my schedule and I know most no one would do this. But I had to at the time. Tuesday 2:30 am -8am, wed 2:30 am- 8 am, thursday 2:30 am - 8 am. Here’s were it gets messed up. Friday 5pm-12:00 am, Saturday and sunday 12am -12pm. So uses a alarm clock was a must.
