job employment

Currently I work from home from the internet. I like being self employed however the income fluctuates quite a bit. It gets frustrating most of the time. I like that I can make more money then normal since I don’t currently have a college degree. However sometimes I make less then a guy working for Mc Donalds. Its like riding a roller coaster. I guess this is were the term sky is the limit because having your own business if super successful you can make great money. Having a regular job your are limited to the same income.
I guess over time you can invest your money and become rich this way. Right now I am hunting for a job and will be self employed on the sideline for right now. Eventually I will get to the point one day to make a nice living on my own but for now I’m not at that point.

Rollforming

I use to work as a security guard for a fairly large corporation. My work site was owned by a japanese chemical company. They sell chemicals to large technology companies such as Intel. The plant I worked at has many different machines to create the product they sell. Some of the product is only created from this company. Throughout the time I worked here machinery would break down and always need to be repaired. I asked my boss why don’t they just replace the machine or whatever the situation was. He said the Japanese don’t like the spend the money and they just fix it to get it working again. So this leads to alot of breakdowns because they never replace anything. The company started to outgrow the storage for the chemical drums so they expanded. They didn’t build a concrete building like the other buildings they have. They used a process called rollforming. I remember the construction since I was the person letting them on the property. They used some rollform equipment to construct the building. From my memory the construction was completed in six months. I know having metal forming done is much more cost effective then having a concrete building made. The company I worked at has five sperate buildings. I think they did this so if a fire did happen they would only lose one building or section of the business. I was told that just one of the buildings cost at least 1 million to make. I’m sure they could exceed this easy. The buildings were made back in 1990. Todays prices would be much greater. Having this metal building saved the company alot of money and worked for storage.

Iphone used for a security camera

The Iphone can be used for surveillance. With this application you can monitor images and even control security cameras using the Iphone. I’m sure vegas is looking into this technology if they haven’t already. Lextech is the company who created this software. You have the same functions as if you were running the camera from the joystick. You can zoom, tilt, and pan with this software. This technology can be used for many uses such as watching the baby sitters, caretakers, or your home while your on vacation. This may be useful for law enforcement as well. I imagine you could run traffic cameras or any cameras the city has placed to monitor for crime prevention.

This wireless mouse is made from recyled plastics. Even the packaging it comes in is recyled material. So some kudos too google for showing the green side of them. This mouse has a wifi dongle and 800 dpi. The mouse comes in blue or red colors. It cost just under $20.00 each. Not too bad for a fun little mouse. This is something you could have fun with while working at the office. You would be doing something green for the environment.

detox your colon

I sometimes have detoxed my colon on accident when I caught a virus or something that had me crapping my brains out. Also I was puking. So it was one or the other. This isn’t a fun way to clean out your colon. A good way to do this is by using Colon Cleanse. Most peoples stools are small or you don’t feel like you got everything out. If you use a cleanser you do some very nice large dumps. There is nothing like having a great dump. I compare it to the sex. It almost beats that activity. Most people don’t eat a really good diet with fruits and veggies. I think nuts can help with your digestive system. I love pastatios. I got a really funny story that I always here from my 2nd cousin.

When my dad was younger he would always clog the toilet at his cousins house. It got so bad that he would try and sneak the plunger by. He left a stain on the ceiling from the overflow. To this day my 2nd cousin jokes with him about it. He does have one of the most disscusting smelling dump. Thats another thing if you do a cleansing it should reduce the bad odors. Eating healthy foods can also give you the same results. This is just the easy way.

The new blackberry bold is out this week. I saw a clip on the news about it. I think the cost is around 350-400.00. Some of the features are. It has smartphone’s 624-MHz processor. Uses the HSDPA network. You can organize your media files along with music songs. You can snyn your Itunes from your computer to this smart phone. This phone comes with built in GPS. Blackberry has a blackberry maps. You can use it with WIFI just like you can with a laptop computer.

your web hosting choice

I have a couple of different web host I use. My first place was for my blogs and didnt want to mess them up and hosting was cheap enough that I still just leave them on this host. I recently got new web hosting choice. Web hosting is such a competive market that is good to go by references when picking a good company. Some will have no support what so ever. Some will only give you support if your a higher paying customer. Hosting on your own domain is what you need if your serious about your business or yourself. Its so cheap now days to buy a domain and get hosting anyone can have a website. I remember years ago when I got into the web business a domain was 70.00 per domain. Now you can get a .info for 1.99. Things have changed for sure. And bandwith use to be really expensive. The adult industry was the business that had most of the traffic in the earlier days. Now it seems the internet is a household thing and most any family has the internet in there home. So if your researching places to get web hosting check the link in this article. They are a great company with great management.

upgrading your pc

Recently I just bought a brand new personal computer. I basically was force too. I do have a laptop but I wasnt use to working with it and prefer a desktop for doing work. My original computer was not too far out of date. I was able to ad up to 4 gb of ram. I had a couple hard drives in it. One was 200 gb which my motherboard only reconized 120 or so. So I go to my local computer shop and buy 2 gigs of ram to install. I brought my motherboard handbook in and let the counter guy look at it. So I buy 2 gigs of ram and simply install it. Well this screwed my computer up. It started beeping then would just shut off. I tried to put the original ram back in. The same problem happened and it would just shut off. I did some reading around and think it could be the powersupply went out or the motherboard could of shorted out. With the price of dimm 2 cheaper then dimms I decided to return my dimm chips and have a pc built. At first I brought it home and none of the programs would work. So after a couple of days they got it right. I was told they replaced the ram and not sure on the other things. The clerk didnt know the detailsl. Im really happy so far with the new machine. It has 4 gigs of ram, amd 2.7 processor. I had amd before and was happy with it. I can add up to 8 gigs of ram with this machine. They do have dim 3 but the counter guy said its really expensive now. Maybe I should add 4 more gigs why its still available and the prices dont rise up.

social networking sites

I recently ran into a really cool new social network site. Its called join 3gb community www.3gb.biz. You can meet new people or old friends. Its great to upload pictures albums or chat with people. You can even listen to mp3s on this site. Me personally I’m not too much into the social sites. I know people that use the bigger ones but I dont really get into it too much. I did join one thats internet marketing related today just to get ideas on making money. I currently belong to a paid per click related forum so I guess I do belong to a social site but its a little different. This site did however add blogs for everyone to personally use. You get your own blog that links to your profile.

One great thing about these social sites though is you can put your profile up and you start getting old friends contact you from your highschool days.

making money from real estate

I recently posted about this. Since internet marketing is so streaking one day your making great income the next your making less then a fast food person. As I mentioned in the past if you look in the middle of the united states you can find much cheaper homes. I searched on craigslist and found this out. If warren buffet the richest guy in the world can live in Omaha I think I could handle it. Its strange he could live anywhere in the world have anything he desires and still lives a modest life. It almost seems like he doesn’t think he has as much money as he does. I found one realty company in nebraska that sells some investment type properties. Its sorta weird how the cheaper ones they mention great investment or they already have tenants.
Seems they are trying to lure in the investers. A couple of them have 9-20 properties selling as a package or they are selling off. This is something to investigate as to why they would be doing it. Unless they are just trying to cash out the equity and start over or invest in other things. I did read about a sewege reconstruction and some of these sellers have a non discloure policy that is legal for them.
