If you’re like most people you probably are tired of working a job for someone else and making your employer rich. The thought of a home business opportunity has crossed your mind. Society is set up to have the truly rich groups such as billionaire families live a exotic life, not having to actually really work, but enjoy all the luxuries of fancy sports cars, expensive vacations, and just doing nothing. This can be accomplished, but probably not to a billionaire level, but to a millionaire level.
A great business that is very low to start is a internet business. It’s one of the only businesses that can be started for very little money, but make you a real life living allowing you to work at your own schedule. Once you decide what niche to go into, have a domain registered and wrote some content than its time to research how to make money online. I would start with Google ad sense because they are legitimate and you don’t really have to do any selling.
Some people decide to buy 100’s of domains and build what are called micro niche sites. This business model can be expense, time consuming and a drain. I believe the authority site approach works better, but most don’t have the patience that it takes to become an established website or blog. If you do your keyword research and work every day eventually you will make some money. I personally have a couple of blogs from 2006 that I kept hosted. The past couple of months I actually started putting some content on, doing keyword research so I knew what people are looking for and have seen my income go up. I’m actually enjoying this little hobby right now that eventually I will call my business.
So if you’re looking to start a business that is extremely affordable I would go with an internet web business. I have made great money in the past, quit and getting back into it. I know with some time I will be making some great money again. And the great thing is its actually fun writing content that people are searching for. Other than muliti level marketing, having an online business is probably the most affordable business to own. I wish anyone that starts this business the best of luck and just remember. If you never give up you will never fail.

Types

There are several types of whole life insurance policies.[1] New York State defines six traditional forms: non-participating (aka “non par”), participating, indeterminate premium, economic, limited pay, and single premium.[2] A newer type is known generally as interest sensitive whole life. Other jurisdictions may classify them differently, and not all companies offer all types. There are as many types of insurance policies as can be written in their contracts while staying within the law’s guidelines.
[edit] Non-Participating

All values related to the policy (death benefits, cash surrender values, premiums) are usually determined at policy issue, for the life of the contract, and usually cannot be altered after issue.

This means that the insurance company assumes all risk of future performance versus the actuaries’ estimates. If future claims are underestimated, the insurance company makes up the difference. On the other hand, if the actuaries’ estimates on future death claims are high, the insurance company will retain the difference.
[edit] Participating

In a participating policy (also par in the USA, and known as a with-profits policy in the Commonwealth), the insurance company shares the excess profits (variously called dividends or refunds in the USA, bonus in the Commonwealth) with the policyholder. Typically these refunds are not taxable because they are considered an overcharge of premium. The greater the overcharge by the company, the greater the refund/dividend. For a mutual life insurance company, participation also implies a degree of ownership of the mutuality.[3]
[edit] Indeterminate Premium

Similar to non-participating, except that the premium may vary year to year. However, the premium will never exceed the maximum premium guaranteed in the policy.
[edit] Economic

A blending of participating and term life insurance, wherein a part of the dividends is used to purchase additional term insurance. This can generally yield a higher death benefit, at a cost to long term cash value. In some policy years the dividends may be below projections, causing the death benefit in those years to decrease.
[edit] Limited Pay

Similar to a participating policy, but instead of paying annual premiums for life, they are only due for a certain number of years, such as 20. The policy may also be set up to be fully paid up at a certain age, such as 65 or 80.[4] The policy itself continues for the life of the insured. These policies would typically cost more up front, since the insurance company needs to build up sufficient cash value within the policy during the payment years to fund the policy for the remainder of the insured’s life.
[edit] Single Premium

A form of limited pay, where the pay period is a single large payment up front. These policies typically have fees during early policy years should the policyholder cash it in.
[edit] Interest Sensitive

This type is fairly new, and is also known as either excess interest or current assumption whole life. The policies are a mixture of traditional whole life and universal life. Instead of using dividends to augment guaranteed cash value accumulation, the interest on the policy’s cash value varies with current market conditions. Like whole life, death benefit remains constant for life. Like universal life, the premium payment might vary, but not above the maximum premium guaranteed within the policy.[5]

Term Insurance
Term assurance provides life insurance coverage for a specified term of years in exchange for a specified premium. The policy does not accumulate cash value. Term is generally considered “pure” insurance, where the premium buys protection in the event of death and nothing else.
There are three key factors to be considered in term insurance:
1.	Face amount (protection or death benefit),
2.	Premium to be paid (cost to the insured), and
3.	Length of coverage (term).
Various insurance companies sell term insurance with many different combinations of these three parameters. The face amount can remain constant or decline. The term can be for one or more years. The premium can remain level or increase. Common types of term insurance include Level, Annual Renewable and Mortgage insurance.”
Permanent Life Insurance
Permanent life insurance is life insurance that remains in force (in-line) until the policy matures (pays out), unless the owner fails to pay the premium when due (the policy expires OR policies lapse). The policy cannot be canceled by the insurer for any reason except fraud in the application, and that cancellation must occur within a period of time defined by law (usually two years). Permanent insurance builds a cash value that reduces the amount at risk to the insurance company and thus the insurance expense over time. This means that a policy with a million dollar face value can be relatively expensive to a 70 year old. The owner can access the money in the cash value by withdrawing money, borrowing the cash value, or surrendering the policy and receiving the surrender value.
The four basic types of permanent insurance are whole life, universal life, limited pay and endowment.
These are the two types of life insurance. I hope you have enough information to make a wise decision on which one works best for you. Good luck.

So many people just see a commercial and call them up and sign up. Just make sure you shop around. These companies will see that you are doing this and should quote you a low rate.

2.	Before you go buy your expensive vehicle. The cost of the high insurance premiums will keep you from buying that car.

3.	Setup some high deductibles. This is a common tip, but a good one

4.	Get rid of your full coverage and just get liability on older vehicles.

5.	Work on sprucing your credit score. This seems to be one big factor when the insurance companies are evaluating you. They shouldn’t do it.

1.	You may have seen all the progressive insurance ads on Television however don’t always believe everything you see. You are already on the internet so do some investigations and call around to see who will give you the best price.

2.	Call up your insurance company and drop any unnecessary coverage. I have heard stories with young adults on their parent’s coverage who got a DUI. Guess what? The insurance price either went way up, they dropped you or they removed your family member from the policy.

3.	Buy home owners and car insurance from the same provider. When you bundle you should get a better price.

4.	Increase your deductable. My father did this. You won’t likely repair broken windshields, small thieves or accidents, but your overall rates will be much less. I think this is a excellent tip.

5.	Ask your insurance provider about other discounts. They may have safe driver discounts, low mileage discounts, good driver discounts and now I sound like a Progressive television commercial. How funny.

6.	Look for a ways to sign up with a group. Some credit unions do this.

7.	Work on fixing your credit.

8.	Don’t drive a fancy red sports car with 2 doors, turbo chargers because insurance companies look for any way to raise your rates or charge you high rates.

With big layoffs, not many job opportunities everyone is looking for ways to reduce their monthly expenses. Trimming down or switching your car insurance will help you save money. Also a lot of people are getting ready to retire and will not have the same income levels. So any way to save money will help.

install a high-performance showerhead. This uses 1½ gallons of water per minute (gpm) rather than 2½ gallons, the federal upper limit for new showerheads. A good place to buy a energy efficient shower head is at your local home depot.
Replace incandescent bulbs with CFLs (compact fluorescent lightbulbs). I have one in my old bedroom of my parents house that has lasted 10+ years, Its one of the first generation light bulbs that uses mercury. The old cheap bulbs sometimes will just pop with a simple flip of the switch.
Wash clothes in cold water. Using hot water cost much more money each month. Also do as big of a load as possible. The more loads you run the more you pay each month.
Install (and properly program) a programmable thermostat. When you install a thermostat you save money by only using the heat and air conditioner when you are home. So when you are at work you can have the heat low or off and set to when you get home its running.
• Turn your refrigerator down. Refrigerators account for about 20% of Household electricity use. Use a thermometer to set your refrigerator temperature as close to 37 degrees and your freezer as close to 3 degrees as possible. Make sure that its energy saver switch is turned on. Also, check the gaskets around your refrigerator/freezer doors to make sure they are clean and sealed tightly.
• Make sure your dishwasher is full when you run it and use the energy saving setting, if available, to allow the dishes to air dry. You can also turn off the drying cycle manually. Not using heat in the drying cycle can save 20 percent of your dishwasher’s total electricity use.
Select the most energy-efficient models when you replace your old appliances. Now days energy star appliances will save you a ton of money compared to older appliances.
Modernize your windows. Replacing all your ordinary windows with argon filled, double-glazed windows saves 2.4 tons of CO2 per year for homes with gas heat, 3.9 tons of oil heat, and 9.8 tons for electric heat. Older windows in homes just do not hold in heat and tend to let air leak in. Do some research because even some newer windows will generate mold. I have had that problem in some luxury apartments that I rent. I think they went cheap on the windows like most large corporations do. In the long run they spend more money.

How to clean carpet

My old room at my parent’s house now has a cat that my parents let live in it. However, this isn’t all fun. The cat does not get along with other animals such as another cat and a dog. This cat is a real living scarred cat. It literally did a bowl movement and urinated on a mattress that no one uses and on the carpet.
So I used a Bissell steam cleaning carpet cleaner, but at first I inadvertently did not latch the water container correctly. The machine will not operate correctly and cycles the water back onto the carpet. Once I was instructed to latch than the carpet cleaner started to work correctly. If you have pet urine on the carpet you can buy a special formula at your local store such as bi-mart. This particular steam cleaner by Bissell recommends their own brand, but any will work.

Steps on how to clean your carpet

Fill the water container up.

The Bissel has a water container, dirty water fills on the bottom of the container.

Go in slow steady straight lines.

Make sure you overlap the lines so that you don’t leave UN cleaned carpet. Generally the handle is where you press to release the chemical or if you’re using a steam cleaner the pressure of the water. As you move in a forward motion you hold down the handle trigger. You should see a big different compared to the dirty carpet right next to the clean line you just made. I use a heavy duty steam cleaner at work and you can tell the difference.

use proper dumping procedures

Make sure you read the instructions or look on the machine to see where you dump the water. With my carpet cleaning machine you can see the proper place to dump the water. At first I didn’t read and was turning a nozzle on the bottom of the water container and draining it out the bottom. You might see clumps of pet hair building up inside the dirty portion of the water container. Or you will see balls of wadded up pet hair in the carpet.
My advice if you want to do your own carpet cleaning is to rent a commercial unit. I store bought one will work and might be a good option if you need to clean your carpets regularly because it may be expensive always renting a unit or paying a guy to use a machine from his carpet cleaning van. If you are on a budget I would do it yourself and rent a carpet cleaner at Safeway, Bi mart ect.

nose hair removal tool

As one gets older hair starts to grow in places you never knew existed. As a mature adult, hair grows in your ears, nose and other unwanted places. I listened to Dr. Oz and he said to never just pull your hair out if the hair is in the nose area. I have tried a nose electric trimmer which works alright. Another way is to just use some small succors.

Having to shave gets to be a hassle and learning the easy ways to cutting unwanted hair is so beneficial. For me, I tend to forget about my nose and ear hair. Others notice, but I don’t for some reason. And just using your finger nails will not pull the hair out. Well it will work for your nose hair sometimes, but as far as DR Oz, doing this can cause health problems. I never knew this until I watched his television show.

Going bald is no fun either. I personally generally shave my head; however my employer doesn’t care so I just wear a hat. Losing hair and growing hair in unpleasant areas seems to go along with growing older.

Also, buy the correct camping supplies because its not fun when you forget someothing.
