This looks just like what my brother and his friend use to wear at work. Its called a freezer suit. You wear something like this in a huge freezer when your moving product around. I have been in one of these freezers without a suit but only for a few mins. Once you go outside it feels actually warm no matter if its 40 degrees out.

This sleeping bag suit would be perfect for camping. Especially if you like to get drunk and just pass out. The only thing I would recommend for the makers of this is to make the hat part like a pillow. It could be not sure just a suggestion.
