My favorite home business opportunity list. Some of the best money makers are businesses you can run from home. These business ideas are ones I have looked into and may do in the future.
Well as you know I do the first one.

Blogging-

Blogging has become very popular in the past five years. One reason they are so popular the search engines tend to love them. Google is known to love blogs. The most common blog platforms is wordpress. With wordpress it is made to work well with google and the other engines. When you goto post the title of your post is in the url. Also you can ping your blog to let all the search engines know you updated. Google likes to have the freshes content and ranks you well if you update alot. Once you establish your blogs you have a nice way to produce some income.

Landscaper

One of my old neighbors that moved use to own a landscaping business. He got in family trouble and moved back to his home state Ohio. He offered to sell it to my brother who didn’t have the money at the time to buy it. This would of been a great opportunity to get into this business.
I have a net friend who does this as well. He makes really good money. Its not unusual for hime to pull in 400.00 on the few days he works. The adversing can be started on a small budget. Here were I live you can run a ad in the newspaper for only 100.00 in the service section. Now that is cheap advertising.

Janitor business or franchise

My most recent real job was a security guard position. I use to have to open the doors around all the buildings for the crew. I nearly got into this business and still have thought about it here and there as a business I might do. I still have the Uniform Franchise Offering Circular. I’m looking at this as I type right now. To make $3500 a month which is about $42,000 a year this franchise cost about $14,785. You can put $6,000 down and owe $8785. I compared this to the big well known franchises and it is cheaper. I actually went and talked with the company thats how I got the UFOC. I really thought about getting into this but a few things came to mind. In a way this is almost just like a job and it cost you 15k to do. However my dad is a janitor for a school district and makes 13.xx a hr. So probably about $1800.00 a month. What I really like with a franchise they will get the accounts for you .

owning a nursing home.

This one would take some capital to start for sure. I have done a little research on bizbuysell.com for ones for sale. I noticed that they tend to be approved by Small Business Admistration for a loan. I have in the back of my head this as a business opportunity that would take some work to achieve. I would probably go back to school and get a two year degree in the health field then later try and own a related business.
