The Iphone can be used for surveillance. With this application you can monitor images and even control security cameras using the Iphone. I’m sure vegas is looking into this technology if they haven’t already. Lextech is the company who created this software. You have the same functions as if you were running the camera from the joystick. You can zoom, tilt, and pan with this software. This technology can be used for many uses such as watching the baby sitters, caretakers, or your home while your on vacation. This may be useful for law enforcement as well. I imagine you could run traffic cameras or any cameras the city has placed to monitor for crime prevention.
