I ran into a site that gives you a score on parts of your life. I actually just got done doing it and got a A 90%. Its free so why not and its sorta fun. I didn’t plan it to be fun. The four categories are credit, debt, budget, wealth and life plan. I think the reason I did ok on this test is because I don’t have any credit cards and haven’t for many years. When I was younger I got into a little debt about 5k. I wasn’t working at the time and had to negotiate and pay them off. I never would get credit card offers and barely get them to this day. After seven years whatever credit problems you had is suppose to go off your records. Doing this survey made me realize I need to plan more for my future. I don’t have a 401k which I need to start. I’m self employed so not sure on my retirement right now. I’m between jobs at the moment but hunting for one. I want a job I can be self employed to some degree. I may have to get a regular job maybe part time and have a small business on the side. I do have a larger plan once I get some capital saved up. I plan to invest in stocks after I learn some good strategies. I’m already monitoring stocks for fun.
